BackHome detects your arrival in zones you define and automatically sends arrival information to the contacts you choose.

⚠️ Important — what BackHome is not. BackHome is a convenience notification service. It is not an emergency, safety, medical-alert or security location service. It must not be relied upon as the sole means in a critical situation. Arrival detection depends on technical factors (GPS signal, operating system, battery, network) and may be delayed, missed or inaccurate. Always keep an independent means of alert.

Unless stated otherwise, the app downloaded from Apple's App Store is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and the contacts you add. You warrant you have their consent to receive your notifications. You can delete your account anytime from My Account → Delete my account.

• BackHome offers an auto-renewable premium subscription (monthly or yearly), including unlimited zones and contacts, among other features.

• Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. Title, length and price are shown in the app before purchase.

• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Management and cancellation happen in your Apple account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). The app provides a shortcut to that page.

You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, to track anyone without their consent, or to infringe the rights of others.

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is". We are not liable for damages resulting from a delayed, missed or inaccurate notification, or from service unavailability. See the notice in section 1.

We may suspend access in case of breach of these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by French law.
